This example uses the Webheadcoder Multi-Step Forms for Contact Form 7 plugin and can be done in both the Free and Pro versions. It demonstrates how you can skip the first step and populate the second step with values from a URL. The forms use the default:get attribute found in the main Contact Form 7 plugin.
